He/She should have

Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent sales technique and confidence in speaking with potential clients face to face and over the phone.
Ability to assess a potential leads.
Candidate should be comfortable with working within a team.
We require all candidates to have a desire to provide the highest level of service to all clients.
Candidate must be able to work to deadlines as well as remaining efficient under pressure.
Candidate must be able to work under all circumstances and be productive under pressure.

The job role includes:

Liaising with potential clients face to face and over the phone with the aim to convert inquiries into sales (No cold calling, No outdoor sales)
Being the main point of contact for the clients.
Becoming a source of information for potential clients seeking advice and services.
Conducting face to face and over the phone consultations with the clients
Converting leads into sales and achieving your sales target every month.
You MUST have excellent Selling Skills.
You MUST have excellent English /Gujarati / Hindi communication skills.
You MUST have a Neutral Accent.
You MUST have a strong Sales background.
You MUST have experience of working in a call center making out-bound calls.
You MUST be Flexible to accept and adapt all situations.
